Mr. Ruttenberg is the President of Lakewest, Inc, Founder of Belgravia Group, Ltd., and a Principal in the law firm of Ruttenberg Gilmartin Reis LLC. For over 50 years, Mr. Ruttenberg has been actively involved in the development of residential, retail and commercial properties, principally located in the core communities of Chicago. He is recognized as an industry leader and has received numerous awards and accolades. Mr. Ruttenberg continues to be active in many Chicago area civic and charitable organizations.

He obtained an undergraduate degree at Cornell University, a J.D., cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, and pursued post-graduate studies at London School of Economics.

Mr. Ruttenberg is a Lifetime Trustee of the Francis W. Parker School and actively serves on boards for Friends of the Parks, UCAN, the Conservation Center, and was recently a member for the Dean's Advisory Council of Northwestern University School of Law. His recent honors include the 2010 Hall of Fame Award from the Chicago Association of Realtors, the 2009 Distinguished Entrepreneur Award from Northwestern University School of Law Small Business Opportunity Center and the 2007 Key Legend Award of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. Additionally, Mr. Ruttenberg was the emcee for the 2012 Chicago Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Awards.
