The most enjoyment I have in real estate is creating a business solution for a customer or client. I have done this several times with Bob, and he is a great person to discuss many different real estate thoughts, as he has done many projects that are not the same, but all real estate centered.

Currently his llama retreat is an impressive set of ground and around 20 -30 llamas, airbnb and event spaces. Bob is hands on, as always, and has an understanding of llamas that have made his retreat a special, yes spiritual place. He likens his llama to family, and I think he has made it work best that way with love and care abounding.
