Jerome Harper, Greg Viti and Nate Thompson at KellerWilliamsONE northside Chicago office

We are all evolving in real estate, I am not sure if we ever stop but I think we dont recognize how far we have come sometime. Over my about 40 years it seems like a lot and yet a blink of an eye. Both are true. For me, as an episode of my podcast this puts me squarely on the road with Legends as people, and that is absolutely where I want to be with this in the end and every moment until then. I started focusing on people and what they need in real estate and this makes every day good for me. I think Nate and Jerome both lead and are hands on in this manner and that is how you create Legends

The word Legends can set people off both good and bad I have found. Now I have the opportunity to grow and address Legends as I see it in my heart. It starts with family, and friends. In my life all of the good and bad boil down to people and the good is family and friends. You still have to work for the good, and that means earning it at home and on your block. You have to be able to hold your own or get in line, and neither of these two guys are get in line type of people. Who is your toughest audience? VERY often it is your family.

This is how I feel when I talk to these two men. What we are doing together and individually in our community reflects those values. We talk about being little kids to today, hoods from playgrounds to real estate in Chicago and how they created the Collective. In an ever increasing complex real estate world, they are creating their heartfelt version. That is the stuff Legends are made of, much more than just sales. But they sell too. From the heart and with an understanding of their city and its people.

If you are from Chicago, they are from the south side and you can see it. If you are not, they are from the south side and you will hear about it. They are proud Chicagoans and believe in our neighborhoods.
